Question: Can I send my slides to you in carousels?
You can send your slides in carousels but we strongly encourage you not to do so. Shipping your slides to us in carousels will significantly increase your shipping costs. The carousels are bulky and add a lot of extra weight. In addition to the added shipping costs, there are a number of reason that we do not want to receive the slides in carousels or other similar containers. All of our scanning is done in a controlled "clean room". To reduce the risk of introducing dust into the scanning areas we will not allow shipping materials, carousels, slides trays, etc. into the scanning rooms. Because of this, the first thing thing we have to do is get your slides out of the carousels and into a sealed container.

Question: If I have some 35mm slides, negatives and photos can you put all of them on the same DVD for me? How can I intermingle the pictures once they are scanned?

From this program you can mix your 35mm slides, negatives and prints so they everything is in the exact order you would like. Once you have completed that process we can make all your discs and they will be organized exactly the same as they were online.

Question: I have hundreds of 35mm slides from my parents that I would like to put to CD. How do I do this and how much does it cost?
Answer: Our prices for 35mm slides starts at 35 cents per slide, this cost cover the scanning & color correction of each image. All you need to do is collect your slides, fill out our order form & send them to us and we will take care of the rest!
